Flores MERAKI is an online floral studio in Tenerife. We prepare each order individually and coordinate delivery directly with the customer.
We deliver throughout Tenerife, subject to route availability. Deliveries can be made to homes, hotels, villas, workplaces and other agreed locations.
We recommend placing orders at least 24–48 hours in advance so that we can source fresh flowers and prepare the arrangement with the required care. Urgent or same-day requests may be possible depending on flower and route availability.
The minimum flower order for home delivery is €30, excluding the delivery fee. Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination and route and are confirmed before the order is finalised.
Delivery is arranged for an agreed date and time window. Requests for an exact delivery time may require special coordination and may involve an additional charge.
If nobody is available at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact the customer or recipient to agree a reasonable solution, such as leaving the order with reception, a trusted neighbour or another agreed safe place. Additional delivery attempts or a change of address may incur an extra fee.
We do not operate a physical shop open to the public. Collection in Granadilla de Abona is available by prior appointment only.
Fresh flowers and plants are perishable goods. If an order arrives damaged or in clearly poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs so that we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
