Flores MERAKI is an online floral studio in Tenerife. Fresh flowers are prepared to order and delivered throughout the island; collection in Granadilla de Abona is available by prior appointment only.
Fresh flowers and plants are perishable goods and, as such, the standard right of withdrawal does not generally apply where the product is liable to deteriorate rapidly. If an order arrives damaged, defective or clearly in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs so that we can review the issue.
For non-perishable items such as vases or eligible gift add-ons, statutory return rights apply where applicable. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging unless the item is faulty or damaged.
An order may be cancelled if preparation or special sourcing has not yet begun. Made-to-order, personalised or specially sourced products may not be cancellable once work or procurement has started.
Where a refund is approved because of damage, defect, error or another valid reason, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the supplied address is incorrect, we will try to coordinate a reasonable alternative. A new delivery attempt or change of address may incur additional transport or handling costs.
Because each floral arrangement is handmade and seasonal flowers vary naturally, returns are not accepted solely because of personal preference where the order matches the agreed style, colour palette and service conditions.
